I talk to myself (like a crazy person) when I feel that I want to cheat. Crazy but it works for me because I talk myself out of it everytime. I've worked too hard to get these 56.6 lbs off and the thought of gaining even 1 lbs back keeps me motivated. I hope you find what works for you and get those 13 lbs off!! Good…

Don't eat more, if your full then your good. I constantly get the "your eating too few calories" message but oh well. I'm eating from 800-1100, usually around 900-1000 but I'm full so I'M NOT EATING ANYMORE! And you shouldn't either.

Do you have the app for your phone? That's how I stay on it, it's on my phone and real easy to get to at anytime. I think if I was doing it on the computer I wouldn't stick with it as much. I would definitely recommend the app.

I completely understand! I totally thought I would have a bigger weight loss today than I did and I was totally bummed. But I will NOT give up. I have lost 17.2 lbs so far and I have a lot to go. You just got to keep pushing yourself. I have to push myself to exercise and eat right, not easy but we can do it!!!

I work out around 9:00 too and it's a good thing so our exercise calories help fight the weight we already have! I do not eat my exercise calories.
