There are 16 cups in a gallon. MFP counts cups of water. You should be drinking 8 8-ounce glasses a day. Be careful of too much water. Sounds crazy - I know. My family doctor said you can drink too much water and wash away important nutrients and electrolytes from your system.

I've had peanut butter with a tiny bit of shredded coconut and a few raisins all together rolled up in lettuce! Crazy, but good.
