Generally I try to eat clean 85% of the time and have treats 15%. I figure as long as I change my habits and keep on my path to health then I deserve to reward myself with the occasional pizza, chips or chocolate. Having said that, I've heard/seen people talking about cheat meals/days and wondered what the majority do.

My last one I gained 8!!!! It went away 1 day after TOM left.

I feel great!!! Down 4 pounds. Last week TOM was here and it maid me gain. I love the feeling if seeing my numbers go down. It makes me giddy. Lol

One if the biggest changes I've made is to STOP EATING ONCE I AM FULL. I know it sounds so silly but it was drilled into my head to finish everything on my plate. Now I know when I'm full and I can recognize it.
