I have heard the same thing, but I eat 5 small meals a day which on any given day my last meal could be at 10 pm or later. I just wait 30 minutes before laying down or going to bed.

My wake-up call was going to my closet after trying on six different outfits and realizing that no matter how many more outfits I tried on, everything in my closet was the same size, but too small or tight for me to wear.

I was very disappointed in myself when I finally logged back in yesterday to start my journey again, but after reading your post I know I am not alone. I was on here before lost 20 lbs and gained back 15 lbs. Without the support of MFP I lost track. This time I am in it for the long haul. Good luck to you all.

I did it once before and LOVED IT. After reading all of your posted I decided to do it again. It is truly an excellent workout video and it is only 20 minutes, I lost a lot of inches and it boosted my weight lost progress.
