I think I've done this right... My BMR is 1381 My TDEE is 2180 My TDEG is 1836 at 15.6 deficit. They appear to be roughly the same as my other calculations. Thank you. I will do the spreadsheet tonight when I have more time. I do have a desk job, but I lift 3 days a wk for 45-60 min and run at minimum 15km a week. This will be moving up as weather is nicer and race season starting. I will do more strength if I need to but I will not lower cardio as running keeps me sane :) So…

Hi, I'm 25 and just started EM2WL this week. Inches and weight hasn't really budged since Dec 2012 on 1500 so I've upped my intake to 1843 (TDEE-15%). I'd love to have people who actually eat so I can stop worrying about gaining!

I have 4 yr old twins and work full time. I work out after they go to bed during the week. On weekends we do something active or they try to join in on a video. It's something that I need to find time to do for my own mental health.

30 day shred didn't do much for me either so I moved to Ripped in 30 which I love. It really is a beginners video. do you have heavier weights to use? I needed to add 15lbs and 20lbs (they are very heavy for me) to feel like i worked out.

Same. I do not get cheese cravings anymore and in fact slipped and had some cheddar and had to spit it out it was so gross. i also grave vegetables like brussel sprouts and broccoli. yum!

How much did you make? I use oats, peanut butter, berries and almond milk and its approx 350 cal and keeps me full until lunch.

I buy them at bulk stores and use them to thicken recipes. ex. oatmeal, pasta sauces, jams, smoothies
