Need help getting back on track!
Hey, I've been using MFP for a while now. I was on trying to get down to 20% BF and achieved my goal last July. Then life happened and I had a rough 8 months and am not worse off then when I started. Looking to find friends to give me the kick in the butt I need to get back into shape.

How important are macros?
Just curious about opinions on this. I'm just trying to focus on building muscle since I'm on my last fiveish pounds and have never paid attention to the macros. I think its a bonus if I'm under but usually just shrug my shoulders if I'm way over on carbs or fat and just focus on the calories. I don't even really…

Another confused newbie.
I did an 8 week reset after eating approximately 1400 calories and no progress to try to lose the last 5 vanity pounds and start body recomp. I found this group and have upped my cals to 1850. (I'm 25 F, 5'6 130lbs and set to 3-5hrs excercise a week) I set my cut to 15% simply because that seemed like a popular cut number…
