You can't completely pig out every weekend. You can have any food, but remember in moderation, and allow for it in your cal intake for the day....

I would say nothing. When she is ready to lose the weight she will. I ate crap for a long time, when I was ready to, I stopped and not before. I don't think it would have mattered if my sister told me about my weight, I think it would have only hurt my feelings.. Now if she is ready to talk about, the lend your ear.....

Change up your diet and routine a little, that seems to help sometimes.. Good luck.....

Home made soups, eggs, baked potato w/ steamed broccoli, topped with whatever you like.You can make pizza's made from wheat English muffins, sauce, and top with whatever you like.. Use a crockpot if you really don't like cooking much...

Most of the time those kind of people are really trying to focus on other peoples problems, so they wont deal with there own issues..So sad.. Sorry you had to go through that...

I lost 38 lbs, in the first 100 day's. And the 175 day's I have been logging I have lost a total o 61.5 pounds. I feel great, and want to lose about 38.5 more....

Try to walk early in the morning, have dinner, and spend time w/ family, and try to walk again.. This way you have burned some cals off... It is hard because everyone cooks differently, w/ butter, bacon fats etc, just be watchful of how food has been prepared. If you go over board a little bit, who cares, it is only two…

Everyone is different, but for me I don't eat anything before me walks. I find that if I eat, my stomach feels slushy while walking.. I sometimes feel hungry, and think about what I will eat when I get home, and this helps me get through the walk. Today I walked one hour, and then came home and ate my breakfast.. You have…

The crust and cheese are the worst from regular pizza's. You can use low cal wraps, begal thins, wheat mc muffins, for lower cal crust's. Use low cal cheese, and use veggies to top it. Make it your own, whatever veggies you like. If you want meat on it, make sure you use lean meats, turkey, chicken, etc....
