I agree with the weight training comment...you'll prob benefit from a bit more food 200 cals or so - maybe coconut water after your train - its about 90 cals and very nutritional. I ready Womesn Fitness mag there is always some good ideas on there. Perhaps a protein bar too.

TOM affects people in different ways...I lost at TOM two months on the trot but the bloating does make me feel like I have put on. you will love it. Its changed my life. I was working out very hard in the gym and eating and drinking (alcohol) when ever. Always quite healthy food but a pile of it. So now I am in control. I've been taking Acai Berry almost a month, just started a Wellwoman Sports & Fitness blend plus a 1000g fish oil. My husband asked was I on speed tonight I have so much energy and been to boxing class tonight after a long day at work...so yeah happy x

My goal is to drop 3 lbs (from last Tues weigh in) by next Monday. So tomorrow is weigh in day...need to have lost something then whatever is left of the 3lbs needs to be gone by Monday. Going on hols for 2 weeks need to be 140 or under.

I'm loving my healthly lifestyle too...similar activities to you except the zumba (cant concentrate for that long on the moves).
