Help. Used to lift heavy.
I'm 13 wks post back surgery. Not trained since Sept 2015. Only walked last 8 wks. If anyone can suggest a good diet plan I'd appreciate it. I'm 5"2' about 11 stone could do with losing 20lb. weight and running programme?
Anyone offer tips on the best weigh lifting programme that i can incorporate 2x5 mile runs in a week. Im a regular runner n lifter but been a little inconsistent in past mths due to a couple of niggles (back pain n weak shoulder) fairly fit n strong mostly though so looking for a challenge. Is there anything wrong with working out every day
I do different activities....bootcamp, body attack, body pump, boxing and running....am I over doing it?

I tried coconut water today
after my workout and it was lovely.. really nice, natural and healthy and helps the muscles recover after a workout. Read about in my fitness magazine over last few month. A change from sports drinks. Give it a go.
