Help. Used to lift heavy.

I'm 13 wks post back surgery. Not trained since Sept 2015. Only walked last 8 wks. If anyone can suggest a good diet plan I'd appreciate it. I'm 5"2' about 11 stone could do with losing 20lb.
Starting pilates this wk but will still walk daily ..about 5 miles. No lifting recommended for a while yet.
I do eat quite well but need a little direction and control whilst only cardio exercise in my life at pres.

I'd start by using MFP to log your calorie and macronutrient intake. Adjust that intake up or down based on bodyweight and goals/etc.
