weight and running programme?

Anyone offer tips on the best weigh lifting programme that i can incorporate 2x5 mile runs in a week. Im a regular runner n lifter but been a little inconsistent in past mths due to a couple of niggles (back pain n weak shoulder) fairly fit n strong mostly though so looking for a challenge. Thanks in advance x
