Need to mix it up a bit

I've been maintaining since about Sept/Oct ish and finding I'm cheating more at weekends. Undoing all my good work. I'm super fit (for me) and need to mix up my routine. Anyone got any specific diet tips to keep me full and be able to support 6 workouts a week?

Never stopped drinking at weekends the whole time so that isnt going to change.

Any comments or tips are gratefully rec'd.
