I've just taken the week off after Stage 1 and done boot camp, boxing and running this week, doing attack tomorrow. Has been great to put in the variety. Thinking seriously about doing Rachels Drop 2 Sizes til my hols and picking up stage 2 in Sept. Not decided yet.

I've been struggling with what level of cals. Having lost 25lbs to goal last year, decreased workouts to 4 a week, as was at it every day and caused probs with family live. Consequently put on half a stone. So found this workout to have a concentrated regular shorter pattern. That bit is working. So now 4 workouts a week…

thank you EVERYONE. I really learned loads....just done second workout on B today after a mad bank holiday 4 day drinking fest. I did 2 runs of over 8 miles as I was away for the weekend. But NEED to get my head in gear and not waste the time in the gym. Which I love. I've been doing HIIT as a warm up for 10 min and a 5…

Hi all, I'm very new to lifting. Only ever done Body Pump (I do push myself though) and some body weight works outs plus the odd 5-11 mile run once a week. Also do little boxing from time to time. My aim for buying this book was to strengthen my body as I get older and spend less time away from home by doing really…

I have had some cracking core results and I put it down to adding press ups, planks, burpees and squat thrusts in my reg routine. Full ones and travelling press ups. love them. enjoy. Also nice shoulders in maxi dresses in the summer :)

why not log it as circuit training....I do boot camp and boxing classes with squat thrusts and various other floor exercises, compound moves etc. Seems to fit ok.

its awesome once you get into it..then take a break for hols or whatever, you really miss it. Some weigh lifting only guys tried it thinking this is easy but couldnt keep up. They didnt listen when the instructor told them to lower the weights they usually lift as its a longer exercise and many more reps. Works a treat.…

I like mine...the only thing is I do a lot of varied exercise so only "run" once or twice a week depending on weather so would like to know how to get all my workouts covered...maybe if I read the leaflet eh! Also I have 4 pairs of shoes depending on the activity so would like to take it out of the running show and use it…

Green tea with Lemon is nice, loads of water every day ...the odd soda wont do you much harm. Don't deprive yourself or you mind indulge in something worse. x

I use Sports Tracker to help get accurate cals plus when running I use Nike+.....set my activity level to sedentary (if you read the small print it tells you what cals you need if you just stayed in bed all day) so anything extra can be counted. On a rest day (fri) cos I work out every other day I tend to log a few brisk…
