ive just started using a HRM and that is higher est than MFP so I think its fairly accurate

42 now, married at 22, 18 month later had first child (19 last week argh) and next one when I was 28 I was a little older than most believe it or not. At the time it wasn't 30 as the lady above said for avg in UK but it obs differs throughout the country and over the years

very true I missed it today as back home from hols (which I ran every day with the dog in all weathers). Boot camp was good cos need some strength training but still....running !! aw

yes I log gains as I'm also maintaining its usually a couple of lb over never under :( but like to do it on usual day

I did 2 this morning and 3 yesterday eve....am struggling with a knee injury from running so given it a rest this week. 20 mins is just right, doing 2 tomorrow cos I love it its more my style. Might do 2 and 3 tomorrow morn how about that !!! x good luck all enjoy

I'm getting the same ...thats sounds reasonable. I'm 5'2 130 and quite toned but lost the boobs :( I think thats what they notice first when they tell me to stop. Do what you feel is best. hey Sally....I would usually pick Arrabita being a past WW but logging it is 746 cals so DO NOT want that. Thanks guys tho....I'll do a salad side of course but might pop to the restaurant tomorrow and ask whats healthy its right near where I'm getting my hair done in the aft.

got a little flower on my lower back to the left...only can be seen with a bikini and my hubby has my name on his wedding finger like a ring.

just make sure you have lots of berries and natural yog to fill you up. Exercising most days helps too as you'll not want to waste your efforts. Think of abs...or what part of the body you want to get looking top.

6 days...take a Fri off as we go to our holiday home from March-end of Oct at weekends. I run Sat and Sun and do a mix of body pump, boxing, combat and Body Attack in the week. If I get chance I do 30 day shred level 3.

realising I was going to be the fat one on holiday with 2 sets of friends at my own apartment complex....nah I was the fit one this year in only 10 weeks I lost 15lb and did it with diet and exercise so toned too.

thanks all I'm loving exercising I do rest Friday and run at weekend as we have a weekend hols home. Hubby usually at golf so thats fine its just the week he gets a bit bored. But guess what ...he is looking into a local gym for himself so whey hey. Watch this space.

yup mine to are almost not existant and used to fill my work dresses to the point where people said they were big. Same dresses look much better but bikinis are a bit sad. I'm also 5'2 and lost 21lbs I'm a good 13lbs heavier than you tho so sympathise.

almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts are very good for you but in very small servings. I followed a womens fitness 2 week diet after my holiday and they (one of them) featured almost daily. Plus natural yog, lots of berries with agave nectar yummy

i've really cleaned my diet ...it wasnt too bad before.. But if I want it i'll have it. I've made a conscious effort to ditch caffeine completely. I drink vitamin drinks and coconut water plus herbal tea. I have a diff tea for first thing, bed time and during the day. Its day 80 for me and a 21lb loss. Loving a clean diet.…

coffee, tea and soda shouldn't be counted as water intake...but herbal tea can be x
