So the last few weeks ive been eating horribly! Ive being eating out every few days and have been over eating at almost every meal. I have not drinken alot of water and on top of all that, I have only been working out about once a week. So my question is, how do you get back on track? I need to start eating proccessed free again, drinking my 11 cups of water, and having actual scheduled workout sessions no matter how tired i am after a long day. So how do you do it?! Do you having any sayings you tell yourself or do you do anything specific to really get back on track? Support is needed. thxs :)

just make sure you have lots of berries and natural yog to fill you up. Exercising most days helps too as you'll not want to waste your efforts. Think of abs...or what part of the body you want to get looking top.

got off track around 8/20-something this year. It hasnt been easy trying to pick myself back up. especially because my schedule hasnt slowed down at all. What I keep telling myself is "Ive worked too hard and come too far to let the weight pile back on" and slowly but surely ive been picking myself up again. Good luck!
