I would believe it! Especially if it's your first time doing it b/c your body isn't used to it. I do it once a week, I use my HRM and my burn is always 100-200 cals over what the norm is. (1min=10Cals) So, I think the 648 number is right!

You ladies are doing Fantastic, I love hearing your stories! Day 2 was another success. I made it over 1200 calories and am feeling pretty good. I see some of you using actual fish oil. She nailed it!! I am on week 2 of cutting out bad sugars and am seeing great results. I also do lots of cardio & strength training. Besides missing the creamer in my coffee it's been going well!

Yes, I think you should try it out. Your body needs a shock and though you are doing P90X, if you're doing the Classic version of it you will most likely retain water weight from the swelling of your muscles. I felt like this on Day 1 of Level 2 which was Monday!!! I ran 4.5miles, did 2 Challenges and was spent. By the time I got to this one I wanted to pass out. I now do this workout 1st and the others follow after!!! Keep up the Great work!!! Thanks GG! I will have everything ready for you this Sat!!!
