I second Bluedieseal. If you want to loose weight calories burned should be larger than calories eaten.. you should always be in a defecit.

this is pretty self explanitory.. and should be on a normal diet.. lower carbs.. caused your body to use fat stores as food=fat burning sugar on a daily diet shouldn't be more than 40g which is at maintinance.. most dieticians will say that 20g's is a high #. :) Just a thought.

I second this; poster above you ^ states to get low fat. But if your purchasing low fat yogurt, then your going to have a ton more sugar in there then FULL FAT yogurt. Fat is not the enemy. planning foods is the way to go. I have all my meals prepared the sunday prior to the week. cooked, weighed and portioned out in my fridge so that in the morning, I just grab the containers for the day, thrown them in my lunchbox with an icepack. and BOOM! out the door in 10 minutes :P
