  • It said "TRY" some doesn't reccomend them. it's an option. And I bear to differ.. I have had 2 personal trainers, and both of which have had me stack ECA (ephedrin, caffine and asprin) or a thermogenic fat burner. They work, energy and body temperature through the roof.
