Hey, I'm kind of new here as well. You can do this!! My goal is to lose 20 pounds. My problem is that I love to eat and so my weight is like a yo yo:( I am working on following Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and exercing an hour a day. I think having friends on here will make it easier.
