New here

I just got started on this yesterday. I am excited to be a prt of the site and looking forward to getting to know people here. I have a way to go but I am trying not to look to far ahead in order to not get overwhelmed. My main challenges are: I have a weird schedule and it makes it very hard to not go to bed right after I eat, and I have difficulty with exercise because of health issues. Hopefully, weight loss will help with some of those issues...

    I'm kind of new here as well.
    You can do this!!
    My goal is to lose 20 pounds. My problem is that I love to eat and so my weight is like a yo yo:(
    I am working on following Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and exercing an hour a day.
    I think having friends on here will make it easier.
