I used to eat this all the time after work or while on my lunch break. American Deli Mild Wings & Fries Calories - 1,113 Fat - 66g Saturated Fat - 16g Cholesterol - 220mg Sodium - 1,166mg Carbohydrates - 120g Yuck!

Mine have always been big, even before I gained weight. I was a DD before I lost 30 pounds, and now I'm a D, so the girls haven't really gotten that much smaller. I've mainly lost fat around my shoulders and chest, so my bras are all big now & the straps slide off.

You can't spot reduce, but there are exercises you can do to help tone your thighs. Try incorporating some strength training. Body weight exercises work just fine. Try squats, sumo squats, and lunges.

It took me about 6 and a half months or so. Working on losing the last 5 pounds and toning up!

The only exercise I've done on Wii is Just Dance...which is tons of fun and never gets boring! Lol. I watched Zumba videos last night on youtube and did a few of them. I was sweating within 2 minutes! I just get bored with walking and running...ready to mix it up :)

Don't beat yourself up about it! Tomorrow is a new day. I highly doubt you hindered your progress, and it's highly unlikely you gained any weight! Just start over tomorrow and see how you feel. If you don't feel too hot tomorrow, have a rest day and start back Monday!

Me too. My dad got me a princess ring a few months ago, and I'm probably going to end up having to get it sized. It doesn't fit on any of my fingers, and one side of my body is larger than the other. Lol...
