The food part is easier for now. I still have problems eating really healthy. I eat fast food too much, but try to stay around my calorie goal. Sometimes exercise is easier sometimes food is easier. It varies.

I can't either. My husband is the worst when he eats fried chicken. I have to tell him to chew with his mouth closed or go to the other room to get away from it. I don't notice it any other time from him.

I disagree. You would have to get those calories and protein from somewhere, so why not in a protein powder? It is actually pretty inexpensive if you think of what you would have to buy in meat or dairy or whatever to equal the same amount of servings of protein. Some brands are relatively inexpensive and last a long time.

I like high waisted pants on women. I think they look fine. They flatter a curvy figure. I find low waisted jeans on a woman kind of cuts off her curves in her lower half. It is an odd look for a woman.

I agree. The salmon with bones and skin is really fishy. The smell really gets me because it is so strong. It really grosses me out. I like canned tuna or salmon without skin and bones.

This is my favorite smoothie. 1.5 to 2 cups almond milk 2 cups frozen fruit with banana 2 servings soy protein powder organic sugar or other sweetener to taste ( optional) It is really simple and usually is very thick and creamy. It is 450 calories and quite a bit of protein.

Raw pumpkin seeds have 30% daily value for iron. A half cup of beans has 10%. Soy beans and other soy products are good. Blackstrap molasses, potatoes, fortified grains, some vegetables and eggs have a lot too.
