I'm not crazy btw -- I just really can't eat a lot of salt because that and edema (swelling and water retention) has me blowing up at the first sprinkle of it. Hell yeah I'm making this tomorrow. =P And to answer the q... of course I prefer provolone, but -- have you tried Heluva Good?

Congrats! Most of my family is at your height; I stick out a bit (5' 3.5"). I started a bit over your starting weight (185) but gave up at 167ish. Hopefully I can go lower! :) But not this low, because since I'm taller 115 is a bit much.. Apparently 120 before was sickly looking on me.

I weigh myself almost every day (only input it on my weigh-in day, though); weight fluctuates across the week. Could be down now, but pop back up on Sunday. Just take it mentally and keep moving forward. Also yeah 1200 at 6ft and your regimen..... but, enough is on MFP about that much of a deficit.

Could always be muscle. Also, your diary's closed so it's hard to tell how much of a deficit you're getting and even then what you're eating on that deficit.

Rule 7, 10, 11, 18: No 7 = self-explanatory 10 = just cut down, but it's fine in moderation 11 = again, moderation. don't have potatoes 3x/day, 7 days/week 18 = lol if I eat right I go to bed satisfied.
