When I'm depressed I don't want to do anything. When I'm on the meds I feel loads better. It can't hurt, right? Also, the sedating anti-ds are usually the ones associated with weight gain. Zoloft, Lexapro, Paxil etc should be fine (but ask your psychiatrist).

I hate when people complain about thunder thighs... I love mine though I need to get back on toning them :P (was a triathlete and then musical theatre in HS, so worked them a lot!). I always tell myself they're big cuz they support my booty! =) So that's fine with me!

I don't work (yet) but in Engineering there are days where I don't even sleep and I'm usually up til lateeeeeee at night in the lab. Feel free to add y'all :) It's so hard to be motivated to go to the gym when you know you have to stay cooped up getting ish done!

Salt is in everything anyway :), so for when I have the choice to add additional sodium (like Adobo seasoning) I just use a seasoning substitute without it (like Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute, Mrs. Dash's Lemon Pepper).

I do strength training separate. But this week I started to wear weighted gloves on my hand to add to the intensity and tone my arms (I tried taking them off for a little bit.. now it feels too easy without them!).
