I have the hobo so I can just slide the cardboard in and out. VERY EASY. I turn it inside out and put it on gentle. I hang dry mine. I have noticed more wear from every day use than from washing. If anything washing it makes it look less faded. Love my Vera.

Thank you everybody :) You guys help me also look at it a way that I didn't see it. Maybe I can talk to her a little more to make sure we are both on the same level. I just don't her leading others down a wrong path. Because what she is doing is great.....again...if done correctly.

Ok time to clock back into work. Don't let this become drama time :) but do help me come up with reasons why excercise can not be let go. I do want to make sure she knows so as to not lead people down the wrong path. Again..this can be a great key but before "marketing" I think she needs more education.

YOU GOT IT!! I almost fell for this too but EVERYTHING comes down to burn more calories than you consume. NOW if you are trying to figure out the correct balance to keep from being hungry and still lose weight I suggest you read YOU ON A DIET. It's been the key to my lifestyle change. I deffinitly stay within my net calories. I strive to stay as close to my maximum protein as possible while making sure to stay under everything else. You can't have a perfect day but you can strive to stay as close to your goals as possible. A great read if you are just starting is the book "You on a diet" Good luck on…

Do you have any excercise DVD's? Yoga and walk away the pounds are good things to do inside. Where I live cable has a fit on demand program. I normally walk an hour on my treadmill but I am assuming you do not have one? Do you have a wii? Maybe you can buy the wii fit program?
