  • I'm doing P90X3. I'm on my 3rd week. I did 2 months of it in the fall before Thanksgiving happened. I really like it being 30 minutes and working multiple things at one time (like hammer curls while balancing on one leg). And I actually like doing the yoga.
  • Agree. My friend and I are out of shape so it was tough but doable. Unless you are in shape, you won't be able to do all the exercises at first.   • I did P90X3 The Warrior this morning. Great bodyweight workout.
  • Did P90X3 CVX which is a cardio workout while holding a weight (it was 10lbs for me). It is a tough, sweaty workout, but I like it. I didn't do so good on food last night with being at a work meeting.

  • I just started P90X3 this week. Today was Yoga. I've been drinking a lot more water and no soda. (I normally drink more soda than water) We've been also eating better (no desserts, whole wheat, more veggies, limited lean meats).
