Getting ready to start program any advice out there?

Don't get too frustrated with yourself if you can't finish all the exercises. It's a pretty intense program. Rest when you need it.0

Agree. My friend and I are out of shape so it was tough but doable. Unless you are in shape, you won't be able to do all the exercises at first. Don't be afraid of needing to do lighter weights, knee push ups, or a chair for pull ups (I still need a pull up assist). But like Tony Horton will say during P90X, "Do your best and forget the rest!" Don't get discouraged, just keep doing it each day. I never did Kempo, Cardio, or Yoga for we would go to the Y to run or play racquetball.0

It's a great program, stick to it, watch your diet, and the magic will happen. Believe in yourself, don't overthink it.0

Love P90X workouts. I definitely agree with the advice above. My roommate and I would do the DVDs together and we still joke about raptor hugs. I still think Tony Horton is a ridiculously fit Jim Carrey in disguise.0
