Hey:) yeah it does seem like quite a lot of weight but it's what my ideal weight is:( I've seen a load of HIIT videos on YouTube which I'm hoping to try isit true they burn fat quicker? My thighs and butt are disgusting :(

Just below 1200 a day but i have seen my gp about this and they seem to think this is fine as this all my body needs for my height

Im walking an hour a day up a very very steep hill and back down and thats about it, but i have decided to get on the treadmill at least 30 minutes a day! I like pasta a lot but i know how bad it is for me i always tend to go back for seconds;/

im 5'2 and want to be about 110lb got a very long way to go though!

im about 5'2 so a short girl been on the 1200 calorie diet for about 2 weeks and lost about 3lb :/

OMG YES! My friends all think im showing anorexic behaviour when im really not im probably 5'1 or so and always been short and stumpy and im pretty sick of it now and eating 1200 calories makes me feel better not cos its a small amount cos i actually have more energy to do things now

haha no i had a go ahead breakfast biscuit you're meant to eat all 3 for breakfast but i find it really hard to eat in the morning

So is brown bread better then white bread im just going to not have pasta and try to have very little potato as possible? I dont really have time to make homemade food :/ i am going to start eating grilled chicken though can somebody just tell me what a healthy lunch is? Something i can take to college in a nice neat box:)

Can somebody just clarify what carbs actually are and what foods contain them most? :( I;m eating at least 1200 cals a day so idont think im intaking little i feel sick now if i eat to much :/ having pasta king was obviously a big mistake but i normally have a box of raisins for lunch,,
