Will squats make my *kitten* bigger?
I've now got a personal trainer who's given me a personalised programme she knows my thighs and butt are main problem areas but in the programme she's put squat with a 10kg weight I don't mind doing it and boy do I feel the pain but I've read around a lot that it makes the butt bigger which I could really do without tbh.

Hey guys can't find many reviews about the Rockin body dvd released by Shaun T but seems like such a brilliant way to lose weight I'm a dance fanatic anyway and love dancing so I would probably stick to this dvd but I don't know if it's worth it? Anybody got any opinions on this thanks.
