Hello guys so basically I have purchased insanity and as I was warned it's just way to intense for me at this moment In time I'm unable to get through the warm up period never mind the full 45mins, whilst browsing the net I came across shaunTs latest workout video which is focus t25 this seems so ideal with the timing fits in perfectly and apparently also has modified versions of the moves for someone like myself but now I don't know what to do obviously I want to see brilliant results but do I purchase t25 or not just TRY and stick with insanity? (If I don't die through it) I'm just really hesitant because the DVDS are not cheap so I really want to hear some reviews on which ones you guys would' recommend thankss

In my opinion Focus T25 is a perfect pre-Insanity workout. It is intense but not at the level of Insanity. It will also introduce you to some of the moves that might have you standing there watching for a few minutes before you feel like you understand what they are doing.
Just remember, go at your own pace. Push yourself but don't hurt yourself.0 -
Focus T25 is awesome.
I have done both T25 & Insanity, and I would do T25 10-times over before I do Insanity.
I'm not saying that I don't like Insanity, quite the opposite..........I just get more enjoyment and intensity out of T25.
What I appreciate about T25 is that it's 25 minutes..........a concentrated 25 minutes..........non-stop, no breaks, no warmup, no cooldown. I enjoy both Insanity & T25, and for T25 being much shorter in duration, I still walk away with the same amount of sweat and feeling just as wasted.0 -
I've done both (Insanity twice and will finish T25 tomorrow). I was extremely out of shape when I did Insanity. It was extremely hard and I took a lot of rests. I stuck through it and finished it! If you already have Insanity, you should try it out and see how you feel. It's okay to take rests! You will get better each day. Message me if you have any questions.0
