So me and a close friend of mine have decided to change our lifestyles and swap our junk food hell into a healthy heaven however I somehow just don't feel fully equipped and just need some opinions on a few questions I have.

Bit about me: 19 years, 2jobs and a full time university student. Living with a big family who likes to indulge in junk but still manage to maintain size 4 figures myself I am an owner of a size 12/14 figure which I'm not proud of especially being a short girl. So here go the questions.

1) How do I say no the takeaways when the family are ordering in?

2) How do I resist temptation when it's around?

3) this has nothing to do with my diet but something i would like a few opinions on I'm a short girl and having the extra weight on myself DOSENT exactly help that so if I do by some miracle stick to this lifestyle change and manage to lose weight and be happy in a body I like is there a slight possible chance that I will look taller in appearance?
