I would love to do this. I am new and I think having a goal will help me immensely. I am shooting for 70 since I typically run/walk 2 miles 3 times a week :) Thanks for having this blog. I really think it will help me a lot!

I just did week one, day two yesterday. I think that it would be great to have a support group! I have a podcast downloaded on my Ipod that I really like using :) I did better than I thought I would on day 1!
