I'm kind of intimidated by this and I was going to wait until I felt more ready like one of the other ladies on this thread, but if it's on youtube and you're all starting this great foundation of support, then it seems like I need to give it a shot. Will start Saturday! And I think making this a group is a great idea.

I'm new on here as well. Just started making myself log in regularly last week. I've yo-yoed over the past 10 years so I know how that goes. I am very optimistic about this site though and I think that making some friends on here will help me stick with it. Good luck!

I love this thread! I don't have nearly as much time as I'd like to have to nerd out. I love the Elder Scrolls and Fable games the most. Sooo, I started reading this thread at the end of my day at work and someone put a cinnamon roll on my desk. I just ate the whole thing. Yep. Lol. I am new on here. You don't have to eat all of those calories back. Just have a hearty and healthy snack after a run like that and eat enough at the rest of your meals so that you're giving your body what it needs for the day.
