Here's my 2 cents. I haven't seen anything where Jillian Michaels says we should do this for 30 days in a row with no rest days. I did find a link to a video of her several months ago where she was asked about it. She recommended 2 days on and one day off. So don't kill yourselves and don't injure yourselves. Take rest…

Check in. How is everyone feeling so far?
I had a pretty good first week last week but yesterday I was exhausted and didn't feel well so I didn't work out at all. Today I was really hungry all day so I went over my calorie limit...not too crazy but still not good. So just like that, I'm feeling kind of blah. Gotta get back on track tomorrow morning. :-P

So I started 30DS on Saturday August 25th, but have only actually finished 5 days.
