Still gotta stay fit for the hot sex and healthy life and fun stuff.

I shave once a week. So, it's hairless and then grows in a little. I don't get any irritation by only doing it weekly. As a dancer it feels kind of necessary to me. I use coconut oil. But waxing or laser is worth a try.

Sometimes my husband surprises me with food I didn't want. I always say a heartfelt thank you first because I appreciate the thoughtfulness and would have very much appreciated it in different circumstances. Then I say gently, "But, I wasn't going to get this again. At least for a little while." And hug him. I might give…

I recently lost weight due to a medical injury. It was rough. I am so happy since gaining it back.

Nice to meet you and see you here. I have also been married for 16 years (in relationship for 18). Two daughters 9 & 12.

Thanks for this info

I have a friend that dressed up as Ursula for an early Halloween party this year. It was a cool costume! I saw a cool mermaid costume also.
-
I have a high pain tolerance also. As long as it's not causing harm. I'm not ok with being injured.
-
I think I might do the at home laser.

Great info!! Thanks!

The things I worry about are: ingrown hair when it grows back and somehow catching an infection at the salon. Can someone say stuff to ease my worries? It does seem better than shaving if it doesn't lead to ingrown hair. Do you exfoliate between appointments. How do you exfoliate. Sorry for these personal questions. Thanks…

I always have some pain. I try to prevent injury. I rest an injury because then it goes away. But, right now I have costochondritis in my chest. And I can't completely rest. I'm trying to work around it. It's difficult though. And I am a dancer and need this time to keep working. I recently had such a severe injury to the…

Interesting. I have a narrow chest too. My rib cage is just 25 inches where the bra band is. I wonder if I could get realigned. I could try something gentle like massage. Thanks for sharing.

Mine started two months ago. :disappointed: . I hope it goes away. I'm not taking any meds. And I am a dancer. It's stressing me out.

I don't want to say the wrong thing. You look fit and attractive to me. Most people like gray hair on men. I have gray hair. Started turning white haired at 18. I'm not dying it anymore. I suspect it's your own self worth that's causing you issues. It sounds to me like you have BDD. When your self image disrupts your life.…

Oh yeah. Definitely. I just thought the question meant the difference between only infatuation that isn't turning to love vs. Love.
-
Lots of great replies on here. Not sure I can add anything new. Infatuation is when you feel lust and attraction, you want to have sex with them and experience them that way, you are living out a fantasy with them (and you know that), it's fun, but you probably know it's temporary because you probably aren't compatible in…

When I started it was to explore all my options to stay committed and motivated to fitness and continue making progress as well as maintaining progress. I was going through something very difficult at the time and focusing on fitness was my outlet. I have logged in for 1581 days. Now I am additionally here for health…

I got stuff that can pass as school snacks, but still treats for the kids: chips, fruit snacks, rice krispie treats.

I'm going to two events. At the first I plan to be a black and white cat (devil is my back up costume if my mood changes). At the second I am a dark angel. My husband is going to be superman exposed to red kryptonite (it removes inhibitions). He is going away in between the two events. Things are a little stressful right…

I think you are adorable. And pretty eyes. But, I understand. I have some pain conditions from medical injury. I feel down, vulnerable, and a little scared when pain is flaring up.

I don't understand why people think 30's and 40's is old, though. Because it's not old. It's young, healthy, fit, hot, energetic, classy. With the added confidence and maturity. I think people have misperception about age. So, maybe when they get to 40 and realize how young and alive they are, they think 40 is the new 20.…

It's a little different in Canada. But, we have our own problems. There is a doctor shortage combined with overpopulation in the major city areas. They have to deny referrals as much as possible with waits as long as a year to see a specialist even for something acute. They aren't afraid of overprescribing and getting…

Yes, true. I thought I could trust doctors and that they did their best to heal and not harm. I thought that's what I was supposed to do. But, I understand now how they can prescribe things which can cause great harm. But, I would have been ok if the dermatologist hadn't wrongly prescribed the med when I was just dealing…

My Neurologist wanted me to take pain meds. I know it's because he cares. And I don't know what the right thing is. But, after everything I don't want to take meds unless it's actually helping me. I can handle pain. I did get some very helpful info in this thread about testing with a university medical microbiologist. I'm…

This is normal. You value him and his opinion. You see the good in him. You get "butterflies" (and that's fun). I think it's ok. If he likes you, he will be ok with it (like other people said already). And you will slowly get more comfortable around him. And with more and more practice you will gain more comfort faster…

I'm not 40 yet. And I don't call it the new 20. But, I agree with @jenilla1 and the others. I feel healthy and youthful. I'm going to keep enjoying life and taking care of my health and fitness. Life is short. And we are still young. It's not a midlife crisis if nothing bad is happening and life is just continuing. I'm…

Yeah, well said!
