To track and lower my sodium intake and try to get off of blood pressure meds. Then got inspired into the weight loss part too as seriously needed.

When I started it was to explore all my options to stay committed and motivated to fitness and continue making progress as well as maintaining progress. I was going through something very difficult at the time and focusing on fitness was my outlet. I have logged in for 1581 days. Now I am additionally here for health reasons.1
