If i try to read a book on the tread mill i will fall off the thing. would be that video you see where the person falls then gets launched out the back of the treadmill. :laugh:

You are not alone though it does feel that way at times. For me I am getting to the point that I truly look forward to working, out all the pain an sweat that goes with it. Not a big guy but enjoying getting stronger. Age is nothing but a number and I enjoy feeling and acting younger than I am.

I do miss FL from time to time but you are right the humidity there can be brutal at times and I will not even talk about how hard it can rain there...Still a beautify place though

Like everyone else here I would recommend upping your calories especially if you are working out. You should never feel dizzy when working out. I normally try to plan my food intake around what workout I will be doing that day. If it is a high calorie burn day like a long run I try to take in more food and some type of…

Personally I do not count stretching, but if the class has a warm up and cool down where you are still having to do moves then it should count. Thankfully I use a HRM and exercise watch so I can use it for the cals I burn. hope that helps.

Not sure what to offer as as option to T-25 or Tabatta but is it possible to modify the pounding part so that you can still do the exercise but spare your joints?

It does tend to get quiet in here from time to time. Not doing bad on this end though now that it is cooled down and raining I am missing the 70's and sun we had yesterday....Ready for spring.

Welcome, and like you I tend to eat when I am bored so I have gotten to where I am trying to have more healthy snacks, carrots celery fruit and what not around. Not easy to change but know what to work on is a huge step.
