Sorry @MissionEnforcer! Here goes try 2 Challenge #2: "XINGSHI IN CHINA!" I completed these four videos while my little one napped today! They worked up a good sweat and they are quite entertaining to boot! I chose them over the pure running challenge to give myself a little challenge (since running is my favorite)
-
Challenge 3: Fruits: Granny Smith apple, green grapes Vegetables: romaine lettuce with spinach salad, zucchini, Pickle, chives And tonight we are having green eggs and ham but that doesn't count...
-
Challenge 2: “FROSTBITE FOOTRACE OR IDITAROD?” in week 6: I chose this challenge because I am in training for a race and running comes naturally- I ran 10.49 over a few days this week and its BEAUTIFUL weather down here in SWFL!!
-
Challenge 1: "VOGLIO UN GELATO!" in week 5- I liked this video because it was a great cardio workout (my favorite kind) with added strength and conditioning I could do while keeping my little guy entertained. @MissionEnforcer

I'm officially tired- just finished a 10 mile run (saturday) and 60 mile bike-ride today plus when I got home my husband wanted to go for a 60 min walk! Cheers, now I need a shower
-
Challenge #3 @MissionEnforcer I roasted asparagus and put Thyme on top for flavor and it was delicious!! I usually don't use thyme for roasting and now I will! Yum
-

CHALLENGE #1 @MissionEnforcer I CHOSE THE IDITAROD DARE. I ran over the 10.49 miles with my training partners, other mommies (while pushing our littles), and with my husband/ doggie because it's so important to be active with OTHERS! Plus, it earns the SMASHERS extra minutes!! (Monday- 3 miles Tuesday 5.5 miles + 2 miles…

I'm giving up wine/ all alcohol for the week and this morning I ran 5.5 miles so I think ill be aiming for the 3rd option! This Sunday @scherzie and I are doing a 100 mile bike ride so we will surely have some extra minutes!!
-
Great work smashers!
-
It's supposed to rain here tomorrow so I'll be doing all the fun videos then! I struggled to drink enough water today, I found myself at 4 pm that i'd had MAYBE 24 oz... but don't worry- I poured myself many more to meet the goal!
-
I know there are days during peak training where I am exercising over 8 hours in one day- its just different for everyone. We are about to do a century ride (100 miles on a bike) and depending on the wind it will take 6-8 hrs alone.
-
I can do black bean burgers as well- just not a spoonful of beans :)
-
-
1. WHAT YOU TRIED: Black Beans 2. A SEPARATE SENTENCE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE: So, I have never really cared for any sort of bean (its the texture) so I tried these in a heaping spoonful (they were cooked with lime juice and tequila for heavens sake) and I still am not a fan! BUT at least I gave them a go!

Hi team! I irritated my back the beginning of the week so I had some low numbers but I'm back on the move so next week should be a "700" week for me!
-
10 mile run + 54 mile ride on a BEAUTIFUL Florida day
-
Tomorrow is my biggest day- a 10 mile run and 50+ mile bike... happy Superbowl Sunday!
-
Good morning! Woke up to a very happy baby and we danced the morning away! Those Zumba videos are right up my alley so we had fun and jumped around. We lost last week by 5 minutes!! we can take the lead this week!

Not acceptable! (just kidding)

Well I didn't know what today was going to bring but I started out with a 5 mile run (with @Scherzie) then I did videos and finished the day with a mile swim! Now, I am officially tired! Cheers! Also- just in case anyone see's me log "100 min breastfeeding Theo" on MFP I don't add those "cardio" minutes to the sheet, I…

Hi team! Sorry I am a little late to the party :) 1. NAME: Mary 2. FAVORITE WAY TO EXERCISE: With others and possibly music, but as long as I have someone to chat with my exercise feels more like social time! (Right @Scherzie??) ha. I am pretty into running, biking, and swim because I have to :) 3. WHERE YOU ARE FROM:…

Challenge 2: Drum to a viking beat is my pick! I somehow tweaked my knee so this challenge is super fun, my 7 month old enjoys watching me do it, and I could complete it without further irritating it! I also completed a turkey trot earlier this week but ill stick to the Iceland as my official challenge!
-
My lifestyle choices: 1. Continue to log daily! It keeps me accountable for my food/ portions 2. Try to get as much consecutive sleep as possible (that means giving up an episode or two at night) 3. WATER- drinking pain ol water instead of coffee (or wine) 4. Running, its both a physical and mental choice for me 5. Meal…

@scherzie and I ran 10 miles and biked for two hours today plus a walk so I think I finished out the week strong :)
-
@scherzie and I had to get creative here in SWFL (flat flat flat) with the stairs but we did it! I just got some new shoes for running so hopefully they will reduce my blisters and sore knees :)
-
Since I am in SWFL and everything is pretty flat...back to the local university I go for stairs! I HATE the stairmaster at the gym (maybe I just don't like how people stare at the people using the stairmaster..)
