  • Depends on how you camelize then some people use lots of butter or and plus sugar or ect so it depends on the recipe to determine calories (I do mine by using alittle EVOO and Onion so the cals are pretty low. )

  • Try putting 5 pound bags of flour or sugar in a garbage bag and tie the end in a knot and grab one with each hand and lift (hope that made sense :bigsmile: You can also hang thenm over each side of a broom handle and voila your own weight bar.

  • It took me almost a month of playing with calories (didnt know I was suppose to eat my BMR) and learning what was what. But after that it was about 1pound per week pretty steady.
