Nuts have a lot of fat, and carbs, usually not so much in the protein department depending on the type. I recommend egg whites, fish, shrimp (1 shrimp has 7 calories and over 1g of protein), beef, chicken breast, elk, bison, etc.

5'3, 108, and a 28 inch waist. What am I doing wrong? No sizing charts fit me because i have 32-28-32. Just wtf?
