Oh I also do this.....With all bran I get 30g.....sometimes 45g because I'm greedy :P and I add boiling water instead of milk. mix it together until it becomes like a thick porridge then add a dash of hazelnut milk or skimmed milk to give it a little more taste or creaminess for less cals :) feel free to add nuts or fruit…

I'm a green tea fanatic, I usually drink 3-6 cups a day but still alongside my 8 cups of water a day too. Hasn't done me any harm and I find it great for cleansing. Also I get the de caffeinated green tea :)

Add me guys, I mainly have a non processed food intake everyday apart from the odd piece of bread or made a cereal :) My diet is mainly fruits and vegetables. I'm a vegetarian also so no meats for me. I often cooked some of vegetables though so they not completely raw.

Thanks everyone, I just want to get lean, lose fat and become toned :) Think Im going to ditch the egg yolk and just eat the egg whites :) also I'm a vegetarian guys so no meats for me :p

noooooo I totally worded this all wrong >.< whoops I'm not saying that they are putting fiber into eggs :P I was just wanting to know a few good things to eat with high fiber and other things with high protein :P

100 multi grain bread or I buy nimble bread. As for spread it sounds disgusting to most people but it cut half an apple and mush it up in a blender ad use that instead....or 0.25 of a cup of peas blended up.....its sweet and tasty and almost certain they would both go with chicken for you're sandwiches but I'm not too sure…
