I was 10years old at school and a boy in my class said to me (in front of everyone)..... "you're so fat, you can't even fit through the doors at Jenny Craig" There was no need for him to say this! That has stayed with me for years.

lol I totally do the ab twist on the wheelie chair as well! During semester I always...... take the stairs instead of the lift walk or bike to university go for a stroll at lunch time go to the gym either at night or in the morning! (4 x a week) But when it's exam time..... Feel free to add me :)

When I run at night time I take my dog with me! I attach a small bike light to her collar that flashes so we can be seen! Wearing a head lamp is a great idea, will have to invest in one :)

Hiyah! I went to zumba with friends last night and one of them was wearing a heart rate monitor. It said that after the class she'd burned 603 calories!! I then just estimated mine from hers! These HR monitors seem like a good investment...! Hope this helps :)

I just went to my first Zumba class last week with a friend! It was so much fun. In the past i've done aerobics classes and have found them to be really hard on my feet and knees, but no problem with Zumba! The instructors that take it are my age and really inspiring, super...SUPER fit! I got a sweat on which was great.…

hi hi My goal is to lose 10kg...so 22 pounds. Currently I'm in the "overweight" category for my BMI. Getting rid of this weight would place me at the highest end of the "healthy weight range" category for my weight an height. Thanks guys!! You've been really helpful! I just searched the web and found that you can burn up to 560 calories in a pump class, i think i'll go for half of that! There's nothing worse than overestimating :0
