Oh lordy, weekends. I try to go to the gym M-F and eat right those days, and my off days are saturday and sunday. However I *always* try my best to stick to good eating. Send me a friend request if you want ^^

I usually do a 30 min walk with my dog (he is my 5k training buddy :) ) and some weight training at the gym

I am ready to start week 3, however upon completion of week 2 I got sick so decided to redo week 2 to make sure week 3 wouldn't kill me lol I'm kind of afraid to start as I have never run that much before....

I have an hour glass figure too, so the first place I lose inches is my tummy/waist XP Then face, thighs/legs/calves/butt, boobs, and it's almost impossible to lose on my arms...which is really really annoying since arm fat drives me insane
