So I never thought in a million years that I would exercise consistently...for any period of time. But I'm starting over again! So far I'm 4 weeks in and have been exercising consistently 6 days a week minus last week (I injured my hip) when I only did 5 days. I'm eating clean and looking to get inspired. Please friend me :smiley:
