Hi Senyosmom,I just keyed in my food intake for the day... 600 calories for a slice of cake... Woaaah.... I really gotta watch my cakes consumption... And thanks for the tip... I'll start with walking... Then move on to brisk walking... And then buy myself some aerobics DVD :) all the best to you too!
