Hi! I'm new here...
I'm from the beautiful garden city, Singapore...
I'm 29, married to a caring (and slim) husband who assures me that my weight doesn't bother him... But I do get worried..

I have an insatiable appetite for cakes, ice-cream and chocolates...
And my work is pretty much sedentary, sitted at my desk from 9-6 daily... Apart from the short walks to lunch and tea breaks, I haven't been exercising at all.... I guess it's not hard to guess where all the blubber is coming from....

I want to be fat free.... I know its going to be an uphill journey...
And I know I have to set realistic goals....

Do you think losing 1 pound per week is achieavable if I were to cut down on the desserts and start exercising again?
How do you keep yourself going with the exercise routines you've set for yourself?

Of course you can do it!!! Start with logging all your food intake and see where the biggest issues are (you will be crazy surprised to find out how many calories/sodium some every day foods have) and start with light exercise a few days a week - build on that.

    Good luck to you!

Hi Senyosmom,I just keyed in my food intake for the day... 600 calories for a slice of cake... Woaaah....
I really gotta watch my cakes consumption...

And thanks for the tip... I'll start with walking... Then move on to brisk walking... And then buy myself some aerobics DVD :)

all the best to you too!
