Also..don't assume that the battery is new when you receive it. When I purchased my Polar F6 HRM, it was dead in the box! Polar made good on it, though... You just never know how long the products have been sitting in a warehouse or on a store shelf.

During my first round of P90X (when I was quite overweight and very unfit), I burned between 300-600 calories per workout. On strength training days with Ab Ripper, I was in the 300-350 range. Core Syn got me just over 350, Kenpo X was 450-500 and Plyo X anywhere between 500-600 depending on how I 'brought it.'

I'll agree with what everyone else is saying...take your measurements. I found that when I did my 3rd round of P90X, I lost maybe 2 pounds in 90 days, but I dropped 2 pants sizes. I assure you...you are NOT going to get huge muscles if you lift heavy weights with ChaLean Extreme. I just finished my first 90 day round and I ranged from 8 lbs. up to 30 lb. dumbbells throughout the program. 3 lb. dumbbells honestly aren't going to do much for you.
