i usually have a shake made with 1 banana and 1 cup of almond milk because of the health benefits and its really filling 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites scrambled w/ 1 serving of any vegetable you have i usually go with spinach. =)

The reason I ask is because I read something that explained an idea to the effect of when you get more sugar or protein in your system than you need the body stores it as fat.

I'm 18 as well <3 and as long as you stay hydrated throughout the day, sleep enough and are meeting your body's caloric requirements you'll be perfectly fine. =)

i'm suppose to be getting 1200 but the amount i eat usually works out about 1000, it doesn't seem to be having any adverse effects as far as my metabolism or anything else so i don't usually worry about it to much, i'm trying to get to 1200 though

yes defiantly, emotional addiction to food is common also i know wheat ( white, whole grain, whole wheat doesn't matter) in particular is a very addictive food/ingredient, it reacts with the brain the same way heroin or cocaine would
