I just started 30 ds last night, really enjoyed it. Bodys aching a bit today but no pain no gain, looking forward to hopefully seeing good results. Good luck with the rest of your journey, feel free to add me.

The Day Shred is good, i just started it last night and my bodys feeling the effects of it today...No pain no gain, only 20min workouts so its easy to fit around a busy schedule. Feel free to add me!

I am in the same boat, i have been eating 1200 cals a day for 2 weeks and doing 3 bootcamp classes a week and still nothing has changed, i am determined to get there but dont know what i am doing wrong.

I just joined last week, I stuck to 1200 cals a day last week, worked my butt off at bootcamp sessions and only lost half a lb. Im in need of any tips, i dont know what im doing wrong and why im not loosing more. Thanks :smile:

I have bought the dvd, im also starting the 1st of July. I only stared MFP Tuesday so looking forward to seeing results fot my holiday in Sept.
