I like to stir fry lots of veggies and add baked chicken or baked pork (cut in strips). I've lost 16 lbs since starting Jan 1st. I have noticed ZERO change in my clothes. Still in the same size. It's frustrating for me but I know it won't do me any good to quit. I'm bound to drop a clothing size at some point. Still in a size 14 :( SW - 166 CW - 150 GW - 130

I would love to be your new friend :) I am trying to lose 35-40 lbs. I've already lost 15 lbs but seem to be stuck on that number. I started Jullian Michael's 30 Day Shred today so hopefully that will kick start more weight loss.
